Referral Pathways

You don't need a medical referral to access Sprout Family Dietetics.

Self referrals are welcome. However, it's a good idea to discuss your health and nutrition with your doctor, as you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate if referred by your GP. Rebates may also be available through private health insurance, so be sure to check with your provider. DVA and NDIS clients are also welcome.
