Fees:

Inital consultation (1 hour): $160

Follow up consultation (30 minutes): $90

Sprout Family Dietetics will bulk bill those with a DVA Gold Card.

Rebates may be available from private health funds, check with your provider. If you have a Medicare referral, the current rebate is $60.35.

Reports and Additional Services:

Written reports and assessments, quantified micronutrient analysis, enteral feeding plans, and individualised menu production required by referring agencies such as NDIS or DVA will be billed separately from your consultation, according to the pricing arrangements set by the relevant funding body. These details will be discussed during your appointment.

Late Arrivals:

Arriving late for your appointment may affect the length of your consultation. Please note that your service will end on time to avoid delaying the next client.

Payment:

When booking online, you'll be asked to provide payment details to secure your appointment. However, you will not be billed until the end of your consultation. Payment in full is required upon completion of your appointment. Medicare rebates are processed within 24 hours of your consultation.

Cancellations:

We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your spot to another person in need of Sprout Family Dietetics services. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Failure to provide notice (no show) will be invoiced at the full consultation rate.
