Meet Carissa
With 15 years of experience as a clinical dietitian, I’ve had the privilege of working with both individuals and groups to address their unique nutrition and health needs.
As an Accredited Practicing Dietitian I’ve supported countless adults and children, both within the local health sector and a tertiary hospital, and along the way, I’ve met many inspiring people. I’m excited to hear your story and work together toward your health goals.
I also understand what it feels like to be on the other side of the consulting table. A positive experience with a health professional—where you feel truly heard and understood—can make all the difference in your healing and progress. My aim is to be that person for you: someone who validates your experience, takes the time to understand your situation, and walks alongside you on your journey toward better health.
I’m deeply passionate about prevention, and the research is clear: working toward a balanced, diverse diet—tailored to your individual needs—not only lowers the risk of many health issues, but also enhances both your physical and mental well-being for years to come. If you’re already facing health concerns, the good news is that many nutrition-related problems can be alleviated or even reversed with a commitment to dietary changes.
Eating well is key to living well, and I’m here to help you achieve the best version of yourself with sustainable, long-term strategies. No trends—just real, nourishing food to support your body and mind.
